All interested refugees\, full-time employees and volunteers are cordially invited to come to Bellevue di Monaco. \nprogram\n\n\n\n\nArrive at 12:30 p.m\nLittle snack\n\n\n1:30 p.m. welcome\n\n\n\n1:15 p.m. Overview\nBavarian Refugee Council: Balance and figures for 1 year of opportunity stay\n\n\n2:00 p.m. Legal classification\nLawyer Antonella Giamattei: Overview of decisions by authorities and administrative courts\n\n\n2:45 p.m. break\n\n\n\n3:15 p.m. Workshop 1 \nTransition to integration stays\nWhat requirements do people who have been granted a residence permit under Section 104c have to meet in order to receive an integration stay? Where is individual support needed? What happens when the opportunity stay expires if all the requirements are not yet met?\n\n\n3:15 p.m.  Workshop 2 \nReasons for exclusion/rejected applications\nReasons for exclusion and rejections in practice. You are welcome to bring documents with you. \nIt is possible to take part in the entire specialist day or just in the daytime program or the panel discussion in the evening (please specify when registering). \nParticipation is free for refugees and volunteers. We charge a participation fee of €20 for full-time employees (including meals).
